We started with this recipe as the idea. My wife caught it on Dr. Oz. She wanted to try it and figured why not. She sticks pretty close to this recipe.

And of course I don't. I did want to mix up breakfast with some non meat options. I was disappointed with my cholesterol numbers even with the diet change. So this was one place I could make some changes. I generally start with a Low fat Vanilla Yogurt base. To that I add natural peanut butter (probably start making our own soon), Hemp seeds, Chia seeds, sourwood honey, granola (that we make), and blueberries.
I've been happy with it and eat this once or twice a week. I'm not one for a small breakfast. I'll add a banana to it, but this bowl is surprisingly filling and lasts quite a while.
