Updating crossbow and regular compound broadheads. Any suggestions?

My brother shoots toxic broadheads. They make a mess

Took a doe last year with muzzy mx4. Perfect placement and she ran about 100yards. I bought rage hypodermics but havent got to test them out yet, they have killer reviews and the cutting diameter is ridiculous.

I shoot rage, hypodermics and some other one. Shot a buck a few years ago from a bad angle with the hypodermics. Went in and left about a 2.5 inch cut all the way to the breast bone where it stopped. Luckily I watched him drop after about 30 yards, there was no blood trail because of no exit wound, but the wound trail inside was a mess and done the job quickly. I shot a doe two years ago and it didn't pass all the way through. The arrow broke on the broadhead side and pulled out the opposite side. Left a lot of blood but didn't kill the deer, one of those magic shots you hear about but never see in person. I thought I had lost the deer, but she showed up on my camera the following week, with a 2ish inch cut on both sides. Watched the wound heal on camera over the course of the rest of the season and still get pics of her, there is a discoloration in the fur from the wound but she seems healthy.

That's the truth. Hit a doe and when we were processing @thrillhill made the comment I think this is worse than a hit with a .308

Pass threw shot, she went about 30-35 yards and Stevie wonder could have tracked her.
