The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit ruled 12-3 in favor of Democrats and against Republicans over changes to voting rules that will allow mailed-in ballots to be counted nine days after Election Day and without a witness signature.

I want to tell you my secret now

Broward recount shenanigans: 46,000 Democrat votes “found” after election day, with more to come

That article omits the detail that while the deadline to be counted is extended, the ballot must be postmarked by election day. So long as the democrats aren't stamping back dated postmarks on mysteriously appearing boxes of ballots it should turn out okay.

Meanwhile I'm still getting solicited by Illinois to vote by mail there even though I'm no longer a resident. I'm sure a ballot attributed to me will turn up before November 4th because Prickster wants a referendum to pass to raise taxes there and the fix is in.

I talked to my parents the other day and they said they're sick of getting notifications that i've been taken off the voter roles in MI and the (D)s would be happy to get me back on... I never lived at the address where my parents are, so it's kind of funny.

So what do you think the D:R ratio is for those unionized, government-paid postal workers?

That's an excellent point.
In a supporting article ( below), it does address the NC Consent Judgment to include a postmark.

In other jurisdictions having both absentee & mail-in-voting there are and have been cases where mail-in-voting material used a bulk postage label and those are not postmarked.

Concerning the D's back dating postmarks?
Frankly I wouldn't put it past them one bit!
They are at least 4 years behind on their planned conquest.

Democrats Win Major Concessions on Vote-by-Mail from North Carolina in ‘Consent Decree’

As set forth in the Consent Judgment and in the exhibits thereto, (Numbered Memos 2020-19, 2020-22, and 2020-23), all ballots postmarked by Election Day shall be counted if otherwise eligible and received up to nine days after Election Day, pursuant to Numbered Memo 2020-22.

The consent decree also appears to allow “ballot harvesting” by third parties, requiring only that they provide an address and phone number when they return someone else’s ballot.

Democrat lawyer Marc Elias celebrated the outcome on Twitter as a “victory”:

Elias was recently described by the New Republic as the man who is trying to stop President Donald Trump from “rigging” the election.

However, Elias was also responsible for hiring Fusion GPS to produce the bogus “Russia dossier” on then-candidate Trump, leading to efforts by the law enforcement and intelligence services to spy on the Trump campaign.

The consent decree is binding on North Carolina’s board of election and its Democrat chair, Damon Circosta, who was appointed by Democrat Gov. Roy Cooper.

The National Redistricting Foundation, chaired by former Obama administration Attorney General Eric Holder, was involved in the lawsuit.
