Bullion tax

I wasn't aware of the change.

Thanks, I was not aware either. This will save me driving to SC to buy!!!!

I guess they decided that they would rather keep the money in the state than collect the gasoline tax on people traveling to SC to buy it.

When will the dummies ever learn that people adapt quickly to not paying taxes and will act in their own interest not to pay it. And that if they make the tax high enough they will create a black market for the taxed item.

Simple human nature and a large percentage of our population, especially politicians, want to pretend it does not exist.

Did you see Chuck Grassley's comments on tax payers?

Personally, I will spend mine on college tuition and ammo (if there is any left)

What a cretin.

Thanks for posting, I was unaware.

While I prefer gold, the gold/silver ratio sure seems high, though declining slightly.

It was a smart move, now it gives NC a opportunity/chance at landing one of the larger national Coin shows like the worlds fair of money and so on.
