Moves any post to the top of that section.
You'll also see TTT, Up, etc

"Bumping" their ad back to the top of the page. Over time an ad will move down as other things are added. So once every few days people are allowed to comment on their ad to "bump" it back to the top of the list to keep people viewing it.
