My grandparents aren’t doing very well health wise and I was thinking about moving my family (wife and 3 girls) closer to them to help out and just be around if something happened and they needed me.
They have enough land to put a single/double wide on their property so I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to find one used or possibly foreclosed on? The land is in Wilkes county if that matters, I don’t know how much it would cost to move one. Not looking for anything really fancy, just something with 3 bedrooms. My father in law says he would help with any modifications or remodeling that would need to be done but would like for it to at least be decent and able to move in without major repairs. If there’s anyone that’s got any info I’d really appreciate anything that might help me make this happen. If there’s any info I can add just let me know.
