Does anyone have one of these? I'm thinking of getting a two G21sf's one as a sidearm and the other in a CAA Roni set up. I think they would make a fun match set and trunk/truck set.

I love my Roni/G22 combo, especially with the 9" Lone Wolf barrel in it! I have other PCCs including a 9mm AR pistol but the Roni is so much lighter and convenient.

I didn't know there was a Roni for the larger Glock models.

Yeah, the concealability factor is something to consider depending on what you want it for. For me, it wasn't enough of an advantage to pick it over the CX4.
For the OP, probably a plus.

Weight is also a big issue for a "get home gun" if he's considering that.

I've had the Glock 17 version for almost a year. I'm still madly in love with mine and have no plans of getting rid of it.

How did you get the longer barrel into yours? Did you have to separate the two halves of the chassis or did you take out the metal shroud at the end?

I like the idea of the mech tech. I could pick up another cheap glock trade in and use the lower for a mate to my carry gun.
As long as we're talking about weight, a friend has one of these and it's darned heavy for what it is.

Yes I had to separate it so needless to say it stays in there. I realized when I had it almost back together that I could have left the metal shroud on but at that point since I liked the way it looked I just left it off. It would have been some extra structural support but it really doesn't seem to need it.

I am sacrificing one of the big advantages of the Roni which is having a handgun or braced pistol at will though. Both for not much more weight than the handgun alone which would be a big factor for a "get home" setup. It is a sweet shooter though.
