Anyone get this layout? My neighbor thinks it’s an ancient Druid ritual altar.
Just a fire pit.
Shaped so you can put coals out into the narrow end and cook there.
My thoughts as well.
The base of a kiln?
It’s in anatomically correct seat. Custom-made so I don’t crush your junk. With the drain on the end in case Chad gets you excited?
I was shocked how many people I have talked to have never heard of or built a key hole fire while camping. I’ll order a custom steel grate or two to fit the skinny side. I have some extra stones to help raise and lower the height too. Plus the 3rd row on the cooking side isn’t glued down so I can remove those if I need to sear something close to the coals. Simple stuff, but should be handy.
