For years I've been looking for a better way to plant carrots. I friggin hate thinning the things. I ran across this vid using pelletized seeds and tried it this year. Right now I have the best stand of carrots I've ever had (if the voles don't move in on them). I made it a little easier than making the holes. I took a piece of quarter round and mashed it into the soil and laid the seeds in at the same spacing. Haven't thinned them at all and next week I'll start pulling them.
