I'm visiting my Dad for the long weekend. He has been having something get into chicken pen. Lost 3 of the last 5 last night. Down to one now, but the bitch coon is dead as well.
Crotch of an oak, 50 feet up, at night. Light in left hand Ruger target 22 in the other. One shot.
But it already had three holes and was bleeding enough that the only way I knew which tree it was in was that it bleed on me!
I'll check leg hold traps tomorrow.
