So, I have been to China quite a bit the last 2 years and I always take Bourbon as a gift to my Team over there. They give the gift of Tea so I have a bunch of Tea stored up next to the Bourbon in the Cabinet.
So this week, the Missus and I had our 20th Wedding Anniversary and the Traditional Gift is China. She is not one for fancy eating plates; so I went with a Traditional Chinese Tea Set.
I can remember feeling very good during my Travels in China and one of our Board Members mentioned that it was probably the fresh food and Drinking the Tea as I did not have access to Cokes and Other Soft Drinks.
So, my wife and Daughter started making Tea every night this week. I will have to admit, that after a few days, I have more energy, less anxiety and a general sense of calm.
I don't know if there is much too it, but I was wondering if you guys (Fishgutzy) drink Traditional Chinese Tea and have felt the same effects?
Gentleman - out
