We will be doing the Japanese Steakhouse in the afternoon. Christmas Eve we go to Great grand Nana's (96) house and have dinner. Mostly finger foods nothing major.

We usually do, the whole 9 yards..

This year with 3 young granddaughters from 5 to less than 1 , its Pizza, Mac N Cheese , cookies, cheesecake and Presents.
Maybe next year We pull all stop stops again.

Seafood tower with Oysters on the half shell, Shrimp Cocktail & Alaska King Crab legs
Served with Champagne.

Standing Rib Roast for 10 people.
Yorkshire pudding
Red Wine Jus made with Oxtails
Mashed Potatoes
Sauted Green Beans
Freshly ground Horseradish
Roasted Root Veggies finished with a balsamic reduction
Served with a 2015 Buena Vista Napa Cabernet

Pretty much they standard Christmas meal that my wifes family and I make every year! Appetizers and wines change but the main course and sides are pretty standard.
