Thinking of picking up one for competitions. Can I legally change out the barrel and stock to a 16 inch and run it that way. Just can’t have the stock with a short barrel ? Correct
 
What barrel are you going with? I have an unused Banshee 200 I was considering turning into a PCC comp gun

I do like the JP Enterprise 16 inch lightweight barrel which is technically a 5 inch with a welded on shroud to make it legal.
 
Can you use a blowback barrel on a radial delayed system (as long as you have the correct BCG)?

Well definitely have to change up what I want.

What barrel is out there like the JP barrels where I change just the barrel and hand guard. And stock.

They did make Blowback also.
I have several CMMG blowback systems.
Use them with glock and colt mags.
Why buy a Banshee for the $$$ and rebuild it.
Just build from scratch.
 
That is the route I’m going to take (CMMG barrel). I’ll just have to swap the barrel and handguard going this route
 
Just found out I could just get the gun add an 8 inch shroud to it and weld it in place. All legal. And of course change the stock
