Commie Rifle Pics Thread

AES-10B with the newly refinished furniture. It already weighed about 80 pounds, so what's a few more coats of shellac?

SOMEONE HELP ME FIND A DARNED 22mm BRAKE AND FSB!

Probably a dumb question, but do you check the "Files"? I see brakes, FSBs and other AIMS-74 parts in the marketplace pretty often. One guy just sold both today or yesterday, in fact.

To be honest, I can't remember if you need a specific post count or not. There are a few "post here to bump your count" threads, and 99% of the transactions I've done on there have involved a USPS money order.

Richard from Apex also posts there from time to time...you may want to shoot him an email and tell him what you're looking for. Who knows, stranger things have happened!

I scan the marketplace fairly frequently. I'll keep an eye out for you.

My new M92, complete with underfolder and faux suppressor. Two Rivers Arms did the UF work. My plan was to SBR this thing, but I really like the way it turned out and already have another M92 with the brace. May just leave this as is.

Put the Hogue Yugo furniture on my Npap.

At first glance I thought that receiver had two dimples on one side. Was thinking WTF?! Then realized you had simply blurred out the SN.

I know it's already been posted but not from this side :p Plus, this was the first time I ran a 40-rounder in the M92UF and it looks pretty rad.

Also, this thread was getting kinda crusty and I haven't purchased any new AKs in a couple months.

I see you at the camel and range. I used to go there a lot. Not as much now. It's kind of crowded these days generally.

Was that your phone correcting "Caswell" for you? I'm not aware of no camels around here :p

If you're referring to Caswell, yeah I pretty much hate going there but don't have a lot of other options. We should coordinate some time!

Yeah it was really nice when it first opened now not as much. I'd be down. Me and Mr stankpuss I mean stankyhollywood......maybe we could get together for a cff ak mini shoot. Lol.

Picked up a Circle 10 AK SOMAK mount to try out. My trusty bucket-of-Legos WASR-10 wins testbed rights again. Digging the SOMAK so far ... easy to install, rock solid, and has a channel cut so I can still use my irons.

What did the mount run you? I'm too lazy to Google it.

You are a doppledanger for a dead friend of mine, just a little older than him when he passed in a tragic car accident. Freaky.

Sorry your friend passed away. Doppelganger of the guy with the AK in my post or my profile pic?

The guy with the ak in your post looks just like him right down to the facial features ,expression and glasses.

@Short Fuse I forget where I grabbed the picture but I think that guy is a Kurd or a foreign volunteer fighting for the Kurds. Only patch I see on him is a Molon Labe.

@FarpinDar @Short Fuse I think he's a Swedish volunteer. On Instagram: @peshmergaswe.

Not a lot of posts, but he does have a few pretty striking photos and videos. One that stood out to me shows a handful of M855 rounds on stripper clips, covered in blood, which he claims he pulled off a dead ISIS fighter.

After sporting three or four furniture variations, here's my Saiga rocking some Magpul, Circle 10, RS Regulate, and Burris wares.

This is likely how it will sit until I get off my butt and finally convert the front end. It's a great rifle as-is though ... as smooth as Russian butter.

EDIT: Well shoot ... forgot to put the Russian elk head sling back on before the photo shoot. So imagine that on there as well.

Great looking Saiga build. I had my Saiga (AK74) conversion out last week and ran 200 rounds of Silver Bear through it. It was 100% reliable of course but these rifles with Magpul furniture are so solid handling and shoot wonderfully. Ringing steel at 100-150 yards was almost too easy. They are great battle rifles in this configuration.

That's a beauty! I really dig the red dot setup on the Ultimak. We're not super far from each other, so if you find a good place around here to convert the front do let me know

The red dot mounted on the Ultimak rail co-withnesses with the MOJO aperture rear sights I installed too!. You might try calling Rob at Clayton Guns in Clayton NC. He does a lot of conversions and work on AK's.
