Concealed carry - wilmington

Hello -

I was just talking to my brother and he mentioned getting his concealed carry permit finally. Are there any instructors you guys would recommend around Wilmington? Bonus points if they offer gift certificates so I can get him that for Christmas.

Shooters Choice (phone # 910-350-0486) does a decent class and I believe they give you a free 6 month range membership to go with it. Like giving two gifts in one, plus gives him an indoor place to shoot, which will be nice with winter coming.
