The Concord gun show is this weekend at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center on Hwy 49. Who is going?

I was a bit late in starting a thread this week. But we will be there at the Backwoods Bang Shop booth. Drop by and see us!

I kept waiting for you to start the thread. LOL. See you there.

Stopped by this morning. It was a bit better than some of the recent Concord shows.

...walked away having seen a NIB (sealed box in brown paper) Blued 29-2. Well, I assume that's what's in the box because it's never been unsealed. One just like it recently sold on GB for $5,000. I was aware of that sale. Surprised to see one in Concord.

Also, walked away without snatching up a really nice Detective Special at a more than fair price. Not sure if that means that I have good sense ,or no sense at all.

I was there for about an hour also. I went to see if there would happen to be a Sig 225-A1 around to compare with the 239 SAS Gen 2. Nothing to be found there. Maybe at the Charlotte show in December since it's bigger. I did look at a Sig 2022 that caught my eye since I had never seen one but better sense prevailed and I put it down after coming back to the table three times to look at it.

The wife and I cruised through after breakfast this morning. I haven't been to a gun show in 2-3 years and it will likely be longer before I go to another.

I did pick up a few pounds of H4350 from Brandon at Blue Collar. Those folks are as solid as anyone could ask for! They have a great selection, awesome price, and they're good hard working folks. I also browsed around the Backwoods booth, almost grabbed an M&P 2.0 Compact but didn't want to wait in the line that he had! His price was the best I had seen. They were by far the busiest vendor there! Great to see them have continued success!

The one with the hard chrome finish?

Nope. Not that one. I saw that one. Not many of them around. In my view, a hard chromed DS is just about the perfect carry revolver. That finish is tough as nails.

The boxed 29-2 was a good curiosity. His x-rays were a little goofy, he said that a dentist buddy did them.

Almost went for a 57-1

The guy with the boxed Smith did have some nice Smiths to sell. Bought powder and bullets from Brandon at Blue Collar and another keeper from @cubrock . The wife
liked the green and the blue camo LCP's that @backwoodsshooter had. One of those almost followed us home. Will have to catch him at the next show.
