BAA989EC-F8FD-467E-AC61-E036735F86E2.jpeg i believe this was owned by John Wayne and then sold to Clint Eastwood. I can’t confirm that so please don’t includ prior ownership in the appraised value. I’m gonna sell it so looking for a price that will get it gone. Looks and feels new. I’m guessing the wasit size is a 38 No marking or manufacture that I can see.

I'd be interested when you figure out a price as that would fit this old fat man.

I'm 5'-11" and 190/195, if it is a 38" it should fit me.

Edited to add: I'm a chiseled beer belly shape.

That might not be a bad thing. *Some* Mexican leather and tooling is quite good.

Here is a similar product, and in my experience this is what something like this that is from a “generic” maker usually costs new.

It would help if you could test fit some guns in it so folks know what will fit. Also if you can try some cartridges in the loops so you can give that size too.
    My best guesses at value:
    $25 will definitely sell
    $50 you can probably get
$75 maybe to the right person
$100 you might sit on it a long time

I have one of those... not too bad, but nowhere near the quality of some made locally.

I had to modify it to fit folks who waist starts with 4 and may have another 4 in it...

I just sold one that was basically new. It came with a pistol I bought and the previous owner stuck the gun in it a couple times, I never did anything with it. It retailed for around $160 but it took me forever to get $50 out of it. They're cool for 15 minutes but unless you're into cowboy action or something they don't really have a purpose.

And if you’re doing cowboy action, you need a right hand and left hand holster, not just a single like this.

I'm agreeing with the $40-50 crowd. You might get a little more if it was in an adult size. :D

Before selling that, you may want to research it a bit more. It looks just like the rig worn by famed gunman J. B. Books from the late 1800's! Probably be worth a fortune. Toward the end of his life, a doctor named Hostetler told him he was dying of ass cancer. So he stayed stoned drinking laudanum and started tapping a local MILF while befriending her fatherless son Opie. Deciding between dying of a painful rectum or dying in a gunfight, he chose the latter and capped a few local scumbags, dying in the process. If I'm not mistaken, I believe you're right, Opie sold his whole rig to John Wayne. But I think the Clint Eastwood angle is BS.

You'll most likely get a few hundred grand for it at a minimum, congrats on the find.
