Crossfit?

Smug alert!

The only issue most have with Crossfit is everybody that does it preaching to us cavemen.

What's the first rule of crossfit?
 
I tried it. Went mostly 4-5 days a week.

Threw up twice trying to complete workouts. Really didn’t like that some of the main exercises were Olympic lifts done for high reps, and after I was already fatigued.

I drew the line when I got up one morning and saw that the workout was gymnast ring muscle ups and 50 foot handstand walk. Not tryin to be in the circus.

Some folks love it and that’s great, I think they should do it. It WILL get you in shape. Not worth the money for what it costs over a regular gym membership in my opinion.
