My wife saw this in the news, anyone know if this is legitimate or not?

Apparently, you follow the link to the KCC site and you can put in your number to see if you are on the list. She put my number in it (which is a bit irritating) and it said my number is included in this.

Since she already entered it I went ahead and did it myself, as well as her number (payback, even though she entered hers already too). Mine comes back with a response saying it is included in the class action, hers says the number is not included.
 
My number was on the list.
