Well, not really paint. More like water sealer/stain.
Thanks to @wsfiredude for cluing me in on the 1.5 gal airless paint sprayer. I'm not sure how long it would have taken to hand paint/roll over 400 linear feet of six foot high privacy fencing, but with the sprayer, I got the coating part of it done in about six hours.
And when you look at it, there's no doubt a professional had nothing to do with it.
This middle of the day pic doesn't show it too well. Go find something to do for a while and I'll try to take another one once the sun ducks down behind the trees a bit. You can come back and gaze upon it then.
