2 pounds of meat ( I use Hamburger)

1 Sweet Vadalia Onion

4 cloves of garlic

2 bell peppers ( I use Green yellow and orange)

3 Jalapeno ( I use green)

1 can of light kidney beans

1 can of dark kidney beans

1 -28oz can of diced tomatoes

1- can of tomato paste

2 cans of Guinness

3 table spoons of honey

2 table spoons of chili powder

2 tablespoons of black pepper

teaspoon of onion powder, smoked paprika, curry powder, cumin, and red pepper flakes.

Pour one Guinness in a glass and let rest

Brown meat in a skillet.

Chop Onion, and mince garlic

Chop bell peppers and jalapeño

Drain meat and throw it in crock pot on low, brown the onions and garlic throw them in the croc pot. By this time your Guinness is ready to drink so sip. Open the second Guinness and crock pot it. Open both cans of beans and clean them then dump them and everything else in the pot. After about 4 hours taste it and add salt, more honey or hot sauce according to your taste. I like to let mine cook for 12 hours before I eat it but it’s better after 24 hours. I like a sweet heat in my chili so I’ll usually add a bit more honey and some ghost pepper chili oil I made.

I throw it in a bowl cheese on top and scoop it out with tortilla chips.

My gosh that sounds good, whether it is or not.
