The new one with Bruce Willis, not the cult classic with Charles Bronson. It's on Amazon, saw it last weekend. I liked it. Pretty good, not great, but enjoyable.
 
Saw that one in theaters back when it came out. I really enjoyed it! I felt it was a good remake of the original. Refreshing to see something pro-2A and pro gun come out of Hollyweird.
 
Watched all five in the movie theaters. This remake is mild vs DW 1.

I want that young lady at the range to have my children. (no not really)

I saw the first one a very very very long time ago, on VHS. I think I need to get it again.

I was reading the Wikipedia about it, it was very very edgy for its time, and a lot of places did not want to run it.

I just watched this last week. I was surprised at the overall sentiment. Yeah, the gun shop, especially the ads, were gross caricatures, but I think they were like the ads in Robocop, intentionally over-the-top. The way the background check was presented reeks of typical Hollywood ignorance. I can see how they could be taken as anti-gun.

But in the end, the "good guy with a gun" won the day.
 
The original home invasion they did not use firearms.
