Not strictly a gun show- it's more of an outdoor/hunting show (is also where the state records are judged for deer).

But- the last one I went to had a small gun section in the back building, with a gun I wish I had bought (a new DMPS G2 AR10 for $850), and I did end up buying a lot of reloading supplies which I didn't expect to be there. No guarantee they'll be back, but the show is a good one regardless.

Once you look at hundreds of deer heads they all start to look the same. But If you want to see hundreds of men wishing to strip naked and publicly masturbate over these mounts then the DDC is your nirvana. Just saying.

Ok, I don't know if that's a confession or what, but I don't pay much attention to the deer heads (I have a problem with trophy hunting in general). But I do like all the other displays.

If you strip naked to do that, you have to cup your balls with your weak hand or you're going to look weird.
 
I had to work a booth there one time. I told myself never again!
 
If I were closer maybe, but it is not worth $40 worth of gas for me to make the drive and that's in my car. Double that if I drove my truck.

I'm here and a lot more gun vendors than i thought. Good news:grnc is here. I found reloading supplies, including the never see on a shelf Hornady sub-x.

The bad news. Not a jerky vendor in site 😛

actually doing another MTS class tomorrow, probably no jerky there either.

Actually I did see one jerky vendor in the list of exhibitors. But no jewelry. I'll keep looking.
