Dixie Gun and Knife Show- Raleigh NC
NC State Fairgrounds
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Admission
  • General: $8.00
  • Age 7-12: $1.00
Description
The Raleigh gun show is held at North Carolina State Fairgrounds and hosted by The Carolina Trader. All federal, state and local firearm ordinances and laws must be obeyed.

Which means no concealed carry at the NC state fairgrounds.
There’s a dedicated gate around back. Cop asks to see your gun to verify it’s unloaded. Back in the holster until you get inside where they’ll zip tie it. ;)

Reminder that we will not have a CFF table at this show.

Don't think I've ever been to this one. Decent size?
Yes, something for everyone, old relics, lots of Mosin, tons of AR, standard and some custom, lots of barrels,
several larger dealers and one of the chain Pawn Shops had lots of handguns at decent prices.
And the lady with the stun gun showing it off every 15 seconds.:(

Admission is $8???
It went down, how can that be???

ETA: Website states $9, so it is $8 with coupon.
Also, children 12 and under with adult is free.

Just had my 13th anniversary this weekend. Wife didn't get me anything, instead, she told me I can buy another gun :D Was thinking of going to the Show, not sure if I will buy there though.
@Grim has a nice HK MR762 for sale in the B/S/T section. I'll be glad to store and shoot it till your Divorce comes through.:p

Or.... I could furnish a receipt with what ever price you want to tell her you "really" paid for it.
It’s so cool how the members help each other out. :D

I used to work in China and enjoyed touring the electronics malls on weekends (you could buy any kind of item from a USB adapter to every component to build an iPhone). In front of these buildings there were always women shouting out something that sounded like “fa-p-ya”. I asked a Chinese friend about it and she explained it translated as “receipt”. It seems there are so many people buying stuff for other people and wanting to screw them, that there was a thriving market for “official” receipts in whatever amount desired.

Wadda country. :D

Enter at the west gate (I think gate 4 or 5) and enter through west entrance. Must be unloaded and inspected where they will place a zip-tie through the action.
Any limit on the number of rifles I can/should bring in? I've got a couple of M1 Garand rifles and several Springfield 03's and 03A3's that I need to sell off.

List them here first with a couple decent photos of each ... I guarantee we’ll do better than the gun show price especially on nicer war horses.

You’re planning to wheel all those into a gun show??????

Wouldn’t it make sense to invest in a table?
