Hey guys,

The Dixie Gun and Knife Show is in Raleigh, NC this weekend (11/18 and 11/19). As always, we will be there at the Backwoods Bang Shop booth. Drop by and see us!

Who else is going?

I'll be there as long as you promise not to make me buy anything! :)

You took my Folding Benjamins today, and those are sort of Monopoly Money these days, at least compared to what those damn things used to be worth. Still the best prices in the building, as always !

Monopoly money is not accepted at BBS.

I was there Saturday. Pretty darn crowded.
I prefer Sunday, but had to get to FLD with my purchases to get some load development completed for my .308

Purchased 8lb Varget, 500 175gr SMKs, and 1000 CCI 200 primers.

Missed it Was in an airplane heading back from the left coast...

I was at the show but came home empty-handed. I guess the days of finding a bargain at a gun show are in the past - everything I looked at was overpriced.

I was there on Saturday. I got out cheaper this time than I have in a long time. I only picked up one pound of Clays powder, 1000 each of Federal large rifle match and CCI small pistol magnum primers. A box of 100 Hornady 223 73gn ELD bullets, two 50 round 44mag ammo boxes, and three bags of habanero beef jerky.

I saw a good deal on a new Henry 44mag rifle, I came VERY close to buying it. I will own one of these eventually.

I agree, I've seen better pricing in a lot of LGS's. I go for powder and primers so I don't have to pay the hazmat fee and Blue Collar has excellent prices and selections

Blue Collar is one of the reasons I go. I can email him in advance that I need something, and he will hold it for me till the next show. His prices and selection are great.

I like both Blue Collar and Cover Six. Both give you great "home town" service and are friendly and helpful.

That is exactly what I did this time. Their prices for a case of primers was less than online prices BEFORE adding in Hazmat & shipping!
Awesome folks at Blue Collar!

I like to support Cover Six as well. Good people, and they did not charge outrageous prices 3-4 years ago, when primers and powders were in short supply.

Did pick up a 1943 Long Branch Canadian Enfield from a seller. Good price, good condition.

Was digging hard for some 6.5mm surplus Mauser Ammo but only scrounged up 3 X 15rd boxes.............
