I've got a QD adapter toward the front of my keymod rail and tonight I was pondering other places to try it and got the idea to just stick the QD end into the keymod rail itself... and it fit and locked in. The first hole on each side of this PSA upper takes the QD directly, the rest do not. There is a little machined notch/groove inside to let the QD ballbearings pop out and lock in.
Just wondering if this is a standard thing for all keymod rails, or did PSA do us a favor?
