DOJ proposal to ban bump stocks

This is a real pisser.
Got plenty of time to jerk around with this crap, but got no time to go after 8 years of the Obama Reich and even less time to go after decades of the Clinton crime family...even when the evidence is irrefutable and dropped in their lap.
I told my Trump-loving buddy that it's not the McCain is a loser, grab em by the p****, nonsense-tweets stuff that will get Trump fired. It's coming after the gun owners.
 
United States Code Title 26, § 5845(b): The term 'machinegun' means any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger.

Political theater will not change the words in the law.
 
This is by design destined to fail, it will not make a rifle a machine or full auto weapon, the parts are not installed.
OMB can't make the rules, BATF&E has authority over this along with the NFA as amended.

It showed that they did 'something' but it was the wrong thing to do.

Watched a guy in a SUV on his phone blow right past a stopped school bus discharging kids,
there ought to be a law against this, oh my bad, these laws already exist. Did not stop the driver at all.
