Is anyone else watching this ? Looks to be from 2019, not sure I’m late to the party and just never noticed it.

It is definitely a different take on a superheroes story. Lots of comedy and strange story lines. With the lack of new content because of COVID, it is nice to see something new-to-me that doesn’t suck.

It definitely gets slow in parts, some of the storylines are a bit convoluted. I am long suffering so I have been soldiering through it.

watched them all, a little off the beaten path and some are slow but not terrible. Gets more interesting as they develop their characters more.

if you haven’t seen Titans, there is a crossover episode with this show as well in the first season

I finished Season 1 when it came out. Kinda lost interest in Season 2 so might have to do some catching up, before I watch Season 3.

Yup, threw me off guard. I thought Doom Patrol came first. Turns out Titans first introduced them before they had their own series.

From IMDB
"Although "Doom Patrol" was technically considered to be a spin-off of "Titans", a lot of fans noticed inconsistencies between the series and the episode of "Titans" in which they were originally introduced. The timeline didn't seem to sync with that of "Titans" and the fact that Beast Boy was never shown or mentioned in any capacity, despite having initially been a long standing member of the team. When asked about these inconsistencies, producers always gave vague answers and said they didn't want to be tied down to the "Titans" mythology. The discrepancies were finally clarified during the CW's "Crisis On Infinite Earths" crossover event. At the conclusion of the event, it was shown that the "Doom Patrol" series takes place on Earth-21 while "Titans" takes place on Earth-9. Therefore the Doom Patrol team featured in the "Titans" episode is NOT the same team featured in the "Doom Patrol" series, but rather the Earth-9 version."
