For torx I mostly use bits from Facom or pbswiss. Torx is standardized, those damned old slotted screws where everybody had their own ideas about width and depth, those suck.

Beef15, I have 2 sets of that HF kit and never can find the right bit. Not that it is not there but they do not stay in the space. I ended up putting each type of bit into a empty pill bottle.

I might head over to Northern Tool in the next couple of days to look for a set. What brought this subject up is that I keep stripping those cheap ass bolt mounting screws. I need a much better fitting driver and going to buy a bunch of different screw for just in case.
What tool are you using to get say the 6 torx screws out if they are stripped. Also, how do you check the size that thread count on those little screws. Buy a set of nuts?

I did put a bunch of bits into an mtm 100 round 9mm box. They stay in place pretty well, have some foam to glue into the top so they’ll stay even if the box is inverted.

This is what I use. Comes from Walmart for less than $20.
