Im tumbling loaded bullets, what are yall doing to keep the dust down on the final product? I tried wiping them off with a towel but its not really working like I thought. Maybe dampen the towel a bit?

I had a couple failure to feeds last week, so I went back and double checked them with a case gauge. I dont think it helped they felt tacky with the case lube

Just stand them up on a table and set up a fan to blow on them...

Then, it's just dust in the wind...all it is is dust in the wind.

Ive heard new finish or some other car waxes help. I assume it also helps with resizing cases like wash and wax does for wet tumbling

You're the second jerk to stick a song it head today. I hate you

Dryer sheets pull all that dust out of the media. I've never had any issues with dust.

And your bullets smell remarkably spring fresh!

OP - Do you tumble after depriming and sizing?

I do add wax every so often, seems to help a bit

yes

I didnt find any dryer sheets so I threw in a swiffer duster pad...it worked

What I have done for cleaning lube off is this. I tumble the fired brass for a short time just to get them clean. Then I lube and resize. Then I tumble the brass again to clean the lube off, before I finish processing the brass and loading.

FWIW, I wet tumble. The first tumble mentioned above is without pins (just to clean the outside off). The last tumble is with pins, and I use Armorall Wash-n-wax.

What are you tumbling with?

I use corn media that's treated with some brass polish and it doesn't get dusty.

Spray them with WD40 and leave them wet for a few days.
