Anyone remember the egg debate of the 80s/90s? Every other week they said eggs are bad, dont eat em. They they said the next week they are ok and full of nutrients. Then dont eat em they are bad. Then in between those weeks they would fry one in a pan and tell me that was my brain on drugs....
