FBI/ATF Monitoring And Tracking Gun Purchases

As Crump says, this is a follow up from a leak last April on this issue. They now have FOIA information that shows the FBI and ATF are tracking around 1000 people’s gun buying habits who aren’t under investigation and haven’t committed any crimes, so what gives? It kinda disgusts me that I have to have paperwork filled out for lowers. I have a few just sitting on my shelf, never built into anything. Glad my lowers, just sitting on a shelf, aren't currently "registered" with the state though. It is kinda nice getting those, or any actual firearm, with no background check. I feel like those rich folks at Disney (or any other theme park) that get to skip to the front of the line because they have their "super duper, we're better than you, pass" around their neck. Now if I could just enjoy those previous freedoms of walking into a hardware store and walking out with a tommy gun 5 mins later.
