I just wanted to do a quick post about shipping/delivery times. We have been getting many phone calls in reference to orders & tracking #'s that are not updated and extended delivery times.

Fed Ex, UPS and USPS are all working VERY short handed. Delivery times during these difficult times are longer than usual due to the shortage of people at all these services. Joel and I are doing everything we can to get all orders processed and shipped within 1 business day. Yesterday Joel was here at 5:45am (I'm a slacker and didn't show till 6:30) and we were here till 6:45 last night making sure every order was processed, boxed, labeled and ready to go out.

Please be patient if a package takes a little longer to arrive to you. Please understand if the web site of these delivery services are not updated as frequently as they once were. These delivery people are working their asses off getting packages picked up, checked in and delivered. They are working harder than ever as more packages are being shipped and they are all working with reduced crews.

So keep those orders coming and we will keep getting them shipped every day and they will get to you :)

Check out our Recent Sales Flyer

We appreciate all the orders and support. Please stay well and safe.

If there is anything you're looking for please give us a call at 516-217-1000. It is always our pleasure to speak with you. Always give a call to discuss options and what would be best for your needs

Have a great day & please follow us on Instagram at gr8fuldoug1 :)

Thank you for your continued support.
If there is anything else that I can assist you with please let me know.

It's not your fault. It's not theirs either. It's just the present situation. It's okay if things take longer to arrive than usual. It's utterly unrealistic to assume fewer people shipping more things than ever can meet the same sort of deadlines they were at full staff with less product to move. Do what you can, don't hurt yourself doing it. Same to any folks you're shipping through. We don't need the item so badly that it's worth you getting hurt or overburdened in the process. Thank you for doing your best. :)

Don't worry about it. BTW my binos came yesterday which is sooner than I expected. Do what you can and if people can't respect that don't dwell on it!

Damnit I want my Prime-2-day delivery!!!

Lol... Seriously though. They're doing a great job around here. I've been pleasantly surprised with how fast packages are coming given the current situation.

I wont be home until roughly Thanksgiving...so, if I order anything from anybody, the delivery service can be whatever they want except slow as Christmas lol
Feel free to have anything shipped to my house. I’ll provide quality control, function testing and numerous other value-added services; all for a nominal fee.

Interesting....our Prime has been slower for sure. Picked up a couple things on Ebay....got predicted delivery dates of today. This morning those dates were changed to Friday...and a few minutes ago I got notice of delivery of both. LOL>.....under promise and over deliver to the max.

Amazon right now.....just tested it. Free Prime 2-Day....is not anymore. First, I understand, shipping is crazy right now, but, I think Amazon should offer some compensation to it's prime customers, after all, we paid for that "contract" that they would be able to fulfill this shipping and they haven't. Even before the virus for about a month or so there was so slow shipping.

Here was the result from my cart for Prime if ordered with 9 hours and 2 minutes:

"Delivery date: May 14, 2020 If you order in the next 9 hours and 2 minutes
Items shipped from Amazon.com"

They may be giving the worst possible delivery date. I ordered a Mom’s Day gift for my wife on the 3rd. The order showed it would be delivered on the 12th. Now I see, from the tracking number, it will be delivered tomorrow. I can live with that.

FedEx and UPS both just delivered my Tikka and a package from @Matt.Cross a day early. Amazon stated a month or more ago that prime 2 day was on hold due to virus related concerns/factors in their warehouses. USPS, UPS, FedEx has been on the ball for me. So, I'm not going to complain...
