Thinking about picking up one from a local shop after talking to a worker there for over an hour. Never been sold on something and had my skeptics until I picked it up and got to playing. I originally walked in for a service on another pistol but got to asking personal opinions on favorite handguns with a beefier grip just because I have larger hands and ninja turtle fingers. The PDP isn't beefy by any means, but it sure did feel amazing nonetheless. Thoughts? Other mentions are certainly welcomed.

yeah, you can sometimes find internet deals for the pdp between 5 and 600. or the pro for closer to 700.
or you could buy a used dremeled up on here in our bst for 700
your choice.

I picked up a PDP full size 4.5 on Black Friday from my local dealer. It wasn’t on my radar but it came with a free Ameriglo optic, ammo, and a deal for ammo directly from Walther. So I took a chance and I’m glad I did. I hit the range that afternoon and was completely impressed with the feel, trigger and accuracy of the gun. I’m kicking myself for never really considering the PDP before! I’m at about 500 rounds with no issues whatsoever, I think you’d be happy with the purchase.

I haven’t mounted the optic yet so I can’t speak to that, but the standard sights are dead on.

Zero issues with my PDP other than the slide not wanting to lock back with one mag in particular. Has gone bang every time, even on trash ammo with rock hard primers that my other handguns struggled with.

That trigger was definitely something and that reset was super tight. Something I feel like is overlooked sometimes but that mag release was also something I found super nice. It's basically a double sided gun the way it shoots out!

Don’t have I PDP but have owned P99 and PPQ in the past, they were reliable, accurate and were comfortable for me to shoot.
