Decided to make some fish taco’s with the king mackerel I caught on Sunday.
seasoning on the fish was chili powder garlic powder cilantro and a little olive oil and lime juice. Let marinade a few hours. Then high heat and eat
homemade Pico de Gallo
topped it off with a sour cream and cream cheese and cilantro sauce mixed up in food processor.
