You got to start somewhere.

Seriously, don't get wrapped around the axle about what supplements, what protein drink, all that stuff. Chocolate milk and a PB&j.
I don't, mostly because that stuff is too expensive. I take an old man multivitamin and that's it. I'm trying to find the space to set up my exercise gubbins again because I am getting fatter by the minute!
