Really loving this setup for my Ruger American in 7.62x39. Really the only thing it needs now is a flash suppressor. I get quite a bit in the optic.

What would you recommend? It doesn’t need any type of break/compensator the recoil is not bad. It just could use some help mitigating the muzzle flash.

Threads are 5/8"-24.

Yep. Find which supressor you want to run and get their flash hider qc mount. Or just a birdcage would work great as well.

I love muzzle brakes on my comp guns but I refuse to run them on my hunting rigs. Once you go supressed for hunting you will never go back.

Eventually... probably going to be moving in the next few months and want to wait before I submit paperwork.
Moving out of state?

There are solutions no matter how you answer that... ;)

Yes, trying to get back to the Carolinas. I’m waiting to hear on an offer on a remote position. If I get it we most likely will be moving. I really like Colorado and would love to move to the mountains but housing is really expensive here and my wife would prefer to move back.

Most likely it’ll be the Charlotte area as there is a lot of options in the area for the business I’m in. My preference would be Asheville but the reality is the smart thing would be to move/buy in the Charlotte metro.

Nice. I only wanted one for hunting. Won a free cert off a prize table at a match. I personally dont like to use them on my match rifles
