Floor drill press return spring

So the spring in my drill press has sprung. It cut loose and broke a while back. Everything works. It’s just annoying that the handle won’t stay put when I’m sanding or burnishing holsters with it. Has anyone fixed theirs? Best place for parts? Name for the part? Did a little digging initially and didn’t find much. Specs on the press.

If you can get the old spring out and measure it, you might be able to find one on ebay. I didn't find much on Cummins drill presses. It is probably very similar to some other brands and parts might interchange.

Find a similar drill press on the Grizzly website. There will be a parts manual listed with it. Ordering is simple.

Little bit of a zombie thread here, but if you haven't found it yet, take a more zoomed out pic of that thing. Just about guaranteed it's a rebranded something or other. Find one that looks just like it, internals will be the same?
