There will be a show for sure tomorrow and Sunday. Helped my buddy set up today. Appears that a few of the regular dealers will be no shows this year for lack of inventory. Did a quick walk around this afternoon and appears that there will be a fair amount of ammunition available. Didn't see any prices posted yet. Hopefully there will be a decent turn out. This area needs at least one show a year. So many people won't ride to Columbia, Myrtle Beach or Charleston. The Florence Show earlier this year just before the virus crap was a pretty good show. It was the beginning of the "shortage of guns and ammo". Most were speculating then about what was going to happen. Come out and see us. Might not have what you want, but will be glad to bless you with some brilliant conversation.

I assumed you were wearing it today and didn't want someone to call you gay if they saw us wearing the same hat.
 
The first day of the Florence had good things and bad things. There was a lack of the bigger dealers. Several of the regulars couldn't attend because of a lack of inventory. There was a decent turn out of gun dealers as well as other dealers. Guns of course are still in short supply, but there was a little something there for everyone. Ammo was as expected a hot item. We sold a bunch of ammo and did pretty well with guns as well. The turnout of people was probably the most I've seen in Florence in several years. Long line at the opening bell and was still really crowded until around 2 and it started dropping off a little but still steady traffic all day. We are picking up some more guns tonight from a couple of the stores and will have a decent selection tomorrow. Got to see @kcult and his father and a lot of others I only see at Gun Shows. Very tiring but looking forward to another day tomorrow, but 2 days is enough. We will have a 2 weekend break and then Myrtle Beach the 1st weekend in November. Hope to see a lot of you at either show. You don't have to buy or sell, there is always people just willing to shoot the shit for a while. Thats what makes the shows fun at least for me.
 
I forgot to mention that I had "words" with the NRA guy at the front door. It wasn't intentional. I'm just bad at whispering.

If you join, you get into the show for free. Dad tells the guy he's already a member, then turns to me to tell me if I join, I get into the show for free. I tell Dad I'm not interested in joining a group that's not doing anything for its members. The guy bellows, "We're doing plenty of stuff for our members!" I'm already in a foul mood, but that's another story, but I cut him off by saying I don't want to hear it. He returns fire with, "You don't have to hear it." I'm not sure how to pull off not hearing something.

As I'm walking into the show, I can hear him telling another guy, "I mean, we can't just run around killing people."
