Form 1 trust multiple suppressor question

If I'm doing e-file Form 1's, with a single new trust for multiple suppressors (For discussion sake let's say that I'm making 4 suppressors, all to be filed at the same time on a single trust), do I need to submit 4 sets of fingerprint cards and four sets of photo's?

Obviously I need to pay 200 each, but I'm wondering if I need to send in multiple fingerprints/photo's if I'm filing at the same time.

If you’re using EForms, you won’t send in any pics. They’ll be uploaded (once for each SN) in the system.

You can send all four cover sheets to the ATF (actually to their payment vendor in OR) with a single pair (per RP) of FD-258LE cards in the same envelope.
