Fried chicken tonight

    Went to Food Lion and found House Autry buffalo chicken breading mix and had to bring it home with me..
    Soaked the legs in buttermilk for about 4 hours, rolled them in the new to me breader and tossed them into the deep frier.. This is some good stuff !! Just hot enough to give it a good kick without it being stupid and the Wife telling me its too hot.. Give it a try, you just might like it..
