A bit late for breakfast, but I had a hankering for some neese's hot sausage. Cooked till a bit crispy around edges for a nice crust in my lodge 12". Mmmmmmm

First heat up that pan and plop some sausage patties on it.

I recently purchased a blackstone outdoor griddle. I need to cook on it more. I think I'll throw something on it tonight.

You have inspired me to have a neese's livermush sandwich for lunch. It's on!

My wife, who is from up north, asked me how can I each such a thing. I said I grew up poor. Nothing like livermush and mustard!

You had time to cook it, you had time to post about it but, you didn't have time for a photo?

Oh... y'all wanted to see the concoction I came up with?

I had Neese's last night with some loosely scrambled eggs and ole-timey medium sharp cheddar hoop cheese.

Nice I tell 'ya.....................nice. We need someone to contact Tommy3 to join up with us here. He's one of the fine folks at Neeses and a shooting enthusiast also.

Oh yes. It was melted before I ate it, just wasn't focused on pics even though I knew Geezer was gonna have a cow if I didn't post some. Lol

Just slap it between some loaf bread and call it done.

I agree except I tend to add a slice of cheese these days.

You have redeemed yourself.

Biscuits man, biscuits. Gotta have proper bread.
Just be glad Neese's don't make Canadian bacon. Love biscuits, but a croissant every now and then because they are so damn tasty.

Speaking of Neese's, did Tom make it over? Tommy3 I think?
I haven't seen him yet. He may have a new name, or just not have heard.

I like Frank Corriher's sausage and you cannot beat going by their shop and getting it fresh. It will make your tongue slap your face. I like the Neese's also.

I love Neese's but sadly I moved east and can't get it as readily anymore so it's back to bass farms and a local red and white that has their own

I like it with saltine crackers.

While I like Neese's sausage, I really like Phillip's Brothers Extra Hot/Extra Sage!

Next time your coming up around Greensboro, I'll get you some of my venison sausage. You won't want Neeses anymore.

;)

I would like to get some more of that spicy sausage you hooked me up with before. That was excellent.

Thanks for the kind words my friends ! Tommy3 is here now ! Shelton, I do read my emails, sometimes!

Glad to have you aboard with us Tommy and thanks for joining up. We'll be down Thursday for forum software upgrades and hopefully be back full throttle on Friday.

Take care and jump right in as you'll recognize a LOT of people here.

I contacted Tommy3 and he has just made it over tonight. He posted in this thread on the next page.
