Hey all
Having plans drawn up now to add a third bay onto my existing attached garage. Should have plans this week. Looking for any recommendations for a builder/GC. There will be changes to the existing garage also, so needs to be more than just a pole barn type company.

I live in Clayton.

Hey all
Detached is the way to go. My yard won't let that happen, so i am just going to add a 15'x28' bay with a 2-post lift.
Should be nice when all is done, but i would still prefer detached.

I.m looking at a 25x36, 2 roll-up doors and a regular door $8995. I have to put a slab down too, probably another $5-6K for that.
 
I have a friend in Apex who put pex piping into the slab so he can heat it hydronically
