Trying to get a little serious (difficult for me!) about hunting the ML this year.

It's my first muzzle loader long gun: a TC Impact with a Weaver 3-9 x 40 mounted. Caveat: if a blunderbuss from a kit is considered "long," then it's my second! :)

First time out with it last year, I got the ramrod & a cleaning patch jammed so hard I had to take it apart at home and whack at it with a mallet and a dowel. Derp.

This year at sight in, things went a little better.
2 @ 250gr copper jacketed ballistic tip, 1 240gr lead, both sabot'd, 100 yds. I think that might be MOV!

Went scouting today. Pics don't show steepness; misstep would have led to a nice bath...
