Glock sight compatibility

Glock sights are compatible through the generations correct? Currently building a gen3 p80 g19. Current carry a gen 4 g19. The slide I have ordered doesn't have sights. My thought is get night sights for the carry gun and put the take off stock sights on the p80.

Yes, that should work just fine.

Stay away from Gen 5 sights. They are low 6 o'clock hold instead of the front sight cutting the target in half. It was done as a requirement for a large contract or something.

Even on Gen 5 Glocks I recommend Gen 3/4 sights for a "normal" POA/POI.
