Gmail "nudge" function

It's actually kind of helpful...BUT WTF? how do they know which emails to "nudge" without "reading" my e-mails?

it's just sad when you really thing of all the privacy we give up in the name of "convenience"

I know...it's just nice to be oblivious most of the time...

Truth was that I forgot about the email and it reminded, or 'nudged,' me
I take it less of them reading but seeing you emailed someone/people and no reply yet.
