So after a long search for a specific gun, one pops up on armslist. Send an email, get an email back with a request for a call. I did some googling since I now have the sellers name and some skate boarding stuff pops up, then this. . . .

I was working on an excuse to back out of the deal but decided to do some more searching with the name and email. Turns out the seller just shares the same name with a douche bag.

Hell theres another guy in the same city as me with the same first and last name...and neither are super common

I had a situation once where another couple with our same names were banking at the same bank branch. It lead to some confusion. I think we moved to another bank entirely.

lowcountry Tell him to meet you at an FFL to fill out a 4473 and see how he responds. Opinion: do you think NICS should be available to everyone, for FTF transfers, job offers, contract work, rentals, etc?

Nguyen is the Smith of Vietnam. Brandon might not even be his first name, just something somewhat similar to his actual first name.
I have heard it pronounced, "Winn," as in "Nguyen Dixie."

Yep. I had a few coworkers with the same surname, and it was always funny to hear it pronounced In-Guy-Yin at various functions where roll was called.

The seller checked out and was good with signing a bill of sale and providing a license for verification. I am now the owner of CZ SP-01 with an external safety that has never been shot. Anyone want to buy a used CZ SP-01 tactical with a little over 700 rounds through it?

bigfutz, has last name is also pronounced "Winn".
