Got a Shadow 2...now what?

I would think if you are going to shoot the gun in competition a lot swapping the alum is a good idea when wet they can be slick.
And if I shot competition, I already would have.
It's purely aestethics for me.

First match today with the Shadow 2...big success. I am still a little off on the timing of the 2nd shot on paper sometimes. Not used to the gun being down and ready for a follow up shot so fast. I drop a hardcover Mike just below the A zone, and grazed a no shoot on the top of the head...both timing issues that I will work out with more practice. Overall...cannot believe how much I like this gun, and this gun likes me.

Same exact thing I went through. Found myself just standing there after the first shot then realizing it was ready to rock immediately. Just takes time getting used to the double action 1st shot and transitioning to that smooth single action.

Glad you are liking it too! Wish I could shoot more.

I found that I had to give myself permission to run it faster...it was waiting on me. Nice feeling.
