I've been looking online, the haz-mat fees vary greatly, there is no standard it seems.

I think the Unique May have been opened it reads 1 lb .1 oz on the scale in the bottle. The Bullseye’s read 1 lb 5.8 oz and 1lb 2.5 oz. I would take $50 for the lot.
