Government rejects Glock protest; Army's new handgun will be a Sig Sauer

I'm a borderline glocktard, but think they made a valid choice. It's not like they picked a POS that makes no sense just to give the contract to one of their friends.

I was just told something about the Sig P320 and if someone here can confirm this, I'd kinda like to know. I was told that if the Sig is taken out of battery, say during a scuffle or other muzzle impact, that after it returns to battery, it will not fire. It clicks, but will not fire until the slide is completely cycled again. Just curious.

I would say negative. I have a p320 and press check at certain classes etc wouldnt that be the same condition? Mine goes bang everytime :)

You mean block didn't win? But they are so innovative these days with front slide serations...
